Chronic Disease Prescription Refills
We provide prescription refills for stable chronic conditions only. Please review the following requirements:
- Stable conditions only — if your condition has changed, in-person care will be recommended
- Up to 3 months of medication per visit
- Documentation of current prescriptions required (pharmacy records, pill bottle, prior prescription, or referral letter)
- In-person or specialist referral may be recommended depending on your situation
⚠️ Sky e-Clinic is a bridge service for prescription refills. For ongoing chronic disease management and specialist care, we recommend establishing care with a primary care physician.
All prescriptions are issued at the physician's discretion based on your individual consultation.
