Your Physical Location at Time of Visit Takes Priority Over Home Address
The state where you are physically located at the time of your consultation determines your eligibility — not your registered home address. You will be asked to provide your current state, city, and accommodation address. Travelers and business visitors are welcome if they are physically in an available state.
Prescriptions Are Sent to an In-State Pharmacy
Prescriptions are sent to a pharmacy within the state where you are physically located during your consultation. Out-of-state pharmacy delivery is not available. Please locate a nearby in-state pharmacy before your appointment.
Near a State Border?
Please confirm which state you are physically in at the time of your visit using GPS or a map app. Your physical location at that moment — not your home address — determines eligibility.
