In the U.S., a physician must hold an active medical license in the state where the patient is located — even for telehealth visits.
⚠️ A Consultation Alone Is Enough to Be Illegal
Prescribing is not required for a violation to occur. Listening to symptoms, giving advice, or sharing a medical opinion — all of these count as "practicing medicine." A physician without a valid license in that state commits a serious legal violation the moment they engage in any of these, even without writing a single prescription.

Our physician holds active licenses in all 50 states + D.C. We currently serve 45 states + D.C. New York, Kansas, and Wisconsin are planned for a later phase, and Alaska and Mississippi are temporarily paused for new patients while their state registration is pending. Prescriptions are sent as e-prescriptions directly to your nearest pharmacy — so you can pick up your medication right away after your visit.

I am a board-certified emergency physician practicing in the United States since 2014, with teaching responsibilities at a university hospital. Sky e-Clinic is the family-owned practice my wife and I started so that patients across the country can reach a physician — me — directly, without the friction that drives most people to give up before they pick up the phone.
Because we run this practice ourselves, every patient sees the same physician at every visit. Pricing is transparent and posted before you book. Scheduling stays flexible. And because I trained in emergency medicine, I can tell you clearly when something is safe to handle online and when you really do need to be seen in person — and help you decide which way to go.

Coverage: Telehealth services available only in licensed states. Patients must be physically located in an available state at the time of consultation. Not for emergencies or acute hospital-level care.
Medical services: At Sky e-Clinic, licensed physicians consult, diagnose, and prescribe directly via secure video. All care is provided by board-certified physicians licensed in the relevant state. Services are limited to minor and stable chronic conditions; life-threatening emergencies are not covered.
Emergency: Sky e-Clinic cannot treat life-threatening emergencies. Call 911 or go to your nearest ER immediately.
